Emotional Energy Healing
This is a great place to start, if you want to go slowly or haven’t done much work yet and are unsure of how to start.
During a session either in person or virtual you will be in a relaxed state, and I will bring forward healing energy. During the session I will release trapped emotions, cords, attachments and tune up the aura and chakras. My guides and yours help me find any problem areas and give insights on ways you can work on them.

3 Month Coaching Program
We use reiki, hypnotherapy, timeline therapy and more. This is where you go inside the cocoon and do the deeper work, the harder work. But have no fear, I will be with you the whole time. We meet weekly for energy work and twice a month for coaching. We will build up your boundaries, help you to discover your gifts as an empath and release any core wound holding you back.

6 Month Coaching Program
This is for the person who is ready to dive deep into their subconscious mind and heal core wounds and traumas so they can live in soul’s purpose. Consists of the same regimen as the 3 month program just longer and with more in depth work. You will also be trained and qualified to be certified at the end in reiki levels 1 & 2.
