Total Duration: 1 Hour Coaching + 45 Minute Energy Healing (1 hour 45 minutes total) Format: Private 1:1 Session (Online or In-Person) True healing happens when the nervous system feels safe and the energy body is clear — and this powerful 90+ minute session is designed to support you on both levels. We begin with a full hour of Somatic Nervous System Coaching, where we work together to: 🌀 Understand your stress patterns and survival responses 🌀 Use somatic techniques to regulate your system 🌀 Practice embodied tools (breath, movement, touch, awareness) to feel safe in your body 🌀 Release emotional blocks held in your fascia, muscles, and nervous system 🌀 Receive compassionate coaching to shift beliefs and create new pathways Then we move into a 45-minute intuitive energy healing session where you’ll receive: ✨ Quantum energy clearing ✨ Nervous system balancing through Reiki and energy medicine ✨ Chakra alignment and aura cleansing ✨ Deep rest and cellular recalibration ✨ Channeled insight and intuitive messages (if you're open to receiving them) This combined session supports healing on every layer: body, mind, and energetic field.
