Embodied Empath Podcast

This podcast is an extension of the work I do at Mindful Wellness.

A space for honest conversations about the nervous system, embodiment, and what it really takes to heal when life has shifted you at the core.

Each episode explores the intersection of nervous system science, somatic healing, subconscious patterns, energy work, and lived experience—with a particular focus on women in transition. We talk about anxiety, overwhelm, rage, shutdown, identity changes, perimenopause, trauma, and the quiet moments where the body asks for something different than “push through.”

This isn’t a podcast about fixing yourself.
It’s about understanding your body, restoring regulation, and learning how to live from safety instead of survival.

You’ll find education grounded in polyvagal-informed nervous system work, gentle somatic practices you can use in real time, and conversations that help you feel less alone in what you’re experiencing.
