Payment & Cancellation Policy

Effective January 1, 2026
• Payment is required at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.
• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule 1:1 sessions.
Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a session credit valid for 90 days.
Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals receive the remaining time only.
• All coaching programs, packages, and group experiences are non-refundable.
• For programs with monthly payment plans, cards are securely held on file and charged on scheduled dates. Missed payments may result in paused access.
By booking or enrolling, you agree to this policy.

When does this policy start?
This policy goes into effect on January 1, 2026 for all bookings and enrollments moving forward.
Why is payment required at the time of booking?
Your session or program space is intentionally reserved for you. Paying at booking confirms your commitment and allows me to hold that time just for you.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session?
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, you’ll receive a session credit to use at a later date.
Do you offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows?
No. Cancellations within 24 hours of your session and no-shows are non-refundable, as that time cannot be rebooked.
What if something unexpected comes up?
I understand that life happens. However, to maintain fairness and consistency for all clients, the policy applies to all situations.
Are coaching programs or packages refundable?
No. All coaching programs, packages, and group experiences are non-refundable. These offerings are designed as full containers of care and transformation.
How do monthly payment plans work?
If you choose a monthly plan, your card will be securely held on file and automatically charged on the scheduled dates. Access may be paused if a payment is missed.
What if I’m unsure whether I can commit?
If you’re unsure, I encourage waiting until the timing feels aligned. Commitment is an important part of the healing process.
