Reiki is a Japanese technique that is used to heal physical and mental trauma, as well as to mental clarity and spiritual well being. " Rei" refers to a higher intelligence that permeates all living and nonliving entities and guides the inherent functioning of the universe, The word "Ki" refers to the nonphysical energy that flows through everything that is alive, including plants, animals, and human beings, because of this Ki is also called life force and is known as gi or chi. The combination of these two words is what defines reiki as "spiritually guided life force energy" During the Session we will connect via Zoom where I will take you through a guided meditation, then send Reiki and after we will discuss session notes. It is best if you can take this time for a meditation and find a quiet place to relax so you can be more attuned to the energy around you. During the session you may see colors, feel warm or cold, have visions, or you may find yourself crying or laughing. All of which is normal, and also normal to not feel anything at all.
